All outsourced workers must be provided with the same essential rights, protections, and workplace conditions as regular employees who carry out similar duties. This includes adherence to all relevant provisions under the Malaysia Employment Act 1955. -
Wage Parity RequirementsOutsourced workers must be remunerated on par with direct employees performing equivalent roles. This covers basic salary, overtime entitlements, allowances, and performance-based incentives in accordance with statutory requirements.
